∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Documentation, Fabrics Export, Foreign Export, Local Export Procedure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the export of fabric in different countries, DTA and Overseas market from CEPZ.
∎ Communicate with foreign & local buyers on regular basis.
∎ Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
∎ Regular communication with bank regarding export documents.
∎ Ensure compliance with local & international trade regulations and customs requirements.
∎ Contact shipping lines, suppliers, and indenters to know the vessel's position.
∎ Check overall customer PO details.
∎ Check MLC/SC details and update in system
∎ Check work order along with vendor's PI for LC application
∎ Apply, check and follow up all related applications with relevant docs. And follow up with our lien banks for LC issuance.
∎ Update LC status regularly and share LC copy to relevant department
∎ Customer master date creation in SAP
∎ Keep in constant contact with foreign suppliers, shippers, and local agents to have updated information and the current status of the consignment.
∎ Payment with banks for export.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport for Export purpose etc.
∎ To submit shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
∎ Custom handling, Custom Clearance, Custom Audit, Bond, Chemical, Export clearance & documentation.
