Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA Graduate, in any discipline from reputed public/ private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all documentation for commercial Import/ Export operation.
∎ Having sound notion and practical knowledge of ICA rules, Customs Act, Bylaws, and Arbitration.
∎ Prepare all Commercial Import documents (bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Truck challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc.) and others documents prepare for Buyer, Customs and Bank purpose.
∎ Choosing the supplier for reliability of delivery schedules and ability to supply raw material within prescribed range of various parameters which define the quality of raw material.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, and Export Policy, Bond formalities, Insurance and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Handling with the Bank for (All Import/ Export activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment Etc.)
∎ Having knowledge of procedure for import and commissioning of Capital Machinery and Spare Parts of Spinning industry.
∎ Handling C& F agents, transport company, transportation of goods from destination port to factory site and all ports related jobs, Execute, monitor, manage L/C related work, follow up shipment , documents as per contract and retirement formalities of document to handover the C & F agents to release consignment within proper time without any demurrage at off dock or shipping line.
∎ Having Sound knowledge on GSP, Cash Assistance Certificate.
∎ Analysis all in hand L/C(s), stock of goods, requirements of buyer, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within shipment period.
∎ Follow up export relative all activities, with bank for LC open, Payment and document collection etc.
∎ Follow up work with inventory department, communication with bank, buyer for party acceptance, payment, maturity collection, monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/import as well as payment follow up.
∎ Any others task assigned by the superior & Management.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Company, Garments, Textile, and Spinning Sector.
∎ Applicant Must have of experience of Commercial (Import/ Export) work in Spinning Mills.
∎ Must have knowledge of Commercial, Import & Export Related work.
∎ Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Having knowledge in computer & Software is must.
∎ Having banking knowledge for import & Export procedure is Must.
∎ Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
