Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA Graduate, in any discipline from reputed public/private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to apply UCP knowledge- management skills to procure secure, correct, flexible and feasible LC(s) during export marketing
∎ Organization and co-ordination of exporting activity when division of labor or departmentalization in export business for handling L/C matters, there is a need for distribution L/C requirement information and checklists among the concerned departments.
∎ Compliance planning activity for shipment, documentation, presentation and organization. Proper planning is a must for stress-free, error-free and dispute-free compliance
∎ Analysis all in hand L/C(s), stock of goods, requirements of buyer, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within shipment period.
∎ Prepare Export Bill as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Follow up with banks for receiving notification about the shipment documents, confirm the payment, and get the document released from the bank for clearing goods. (Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment ,LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment Collection)
∎ Issue debit or credit notes for the concerned party and update banks.
∎ Keep records of all agreements (Purchase Order, Sales Contract, Back to Back, L/C, UD).
∎ BTMA related work (Cash, GSP and other Certificate)
∎ Check & understand all terms and conditions of contracts to protect the company.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action.
∎ Any commercial-related task given by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Company, Garments, Textile, and Spinning Sector.
∎ Applicant Must have of experience of Commercial (Export) work in Spinning Mills.
∎ Must have knowledge of Commercial, Export Related work.
∎ Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Having knowledge in computer & Software is must.
∎ Having banking knowledge for Export procedure is Must.
∎ Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
