Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ research and identify new interior business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
∎ meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
∎ think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the interior business
∎ work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
∎ attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
∎ keep abreast of trends and changes in the interior business world.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
