∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Corporate Marketing, Customer Development, Excellent communication skill, Excellent writing skill in English, Skilled in digital marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Operation, Cold Calling, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, HR & Training, Market Research, Proposal Development, Training and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Consulting Firms, E-commerce, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Training Institutes, Advertising Ageny
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create a database of Training Managers, HR Manager or Management of various Bangladeshi company
∎ Call them and identify their requirements and pitch for Training programs that the company provides
∎ Suggest Training Manager for create new training portfolio based on the market demand with proper analysis
∎ Insure a suitable pricing quote and close the deal
∎ Training Co-ordination for Training Programs
∎ Manage digital platform and implement new idea for promote training through digital platform
∎ Insure lead generation and participate of trainee on for each training and suggest change of the the program if and when needed based on the performance
∎ Develop content form existing training material or from other source for website, Facebook etc
∎ Insure quality of promotional material
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should prepare to work from home during holiday and some time need to presence during online training session conducted at night
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Performance bonus will be provided based on successful sales of program and achievement
