Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
∎ The incumbent will have a vast knowledge of all kinds of banking activities.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.
∎ Process month-end and year-end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
∎ Meet financial accounting objectives
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the VAT Act.
∎ Rules and SROs and issued by NBR from time to time.
∎ Should have experience & vast knowledge in Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ RJSC / Income Tax.
Salary: Negotiable
