Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounts,finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Bank related transactions and Bank reconciliation.
∎ Follow up all kinds of vouchers, work orders, Cash Book and Cheque Resisters.
∎ Manage and review billing processes (Accounts Payable / Receivable)
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the electronic Accounting System & Reporting
∎ Maintain Tally Software.
∎ Maintain Inventory management system
∎ Preparation of monthly/yearly management accounts, Tax Accounts.
∎ Ensure all sales revenues & collections properly and deposit them in the respective bank account.
∎ Different Project proposal preparation, submission to the Bank & follow up till approval.
∎ Follow up RJSC related matters.
∎ Follow up company Internal & External Audit.
∎ Ensure the VAT Chalan & Returns are subsisting timely.
∎ Responsible for the company's cost management, cost forecasting, cost control, accounting, analysis and assessment. Reduce consumption and save costs to improve the company's profitability. Create, organize and implement financial budget.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of each and every transaction.
∎ Provide account/ financial information to line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be dynamic, energetic, pro-active.
∎ Management/ Leadership quality with positive attitude.
∎ Organizing & managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT, Customs & Tax related issues.
∎ Should have good command in Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting software
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
