∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting,Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Admin, Cash Managment, Compliance, Finance, General HR, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
∎ Interact with company banking and financial partners.
∎ Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting & other tax requirements
∎ Prepare Monthly cash flow, profit & loss account, balance sheet
∎ Work on TDS & VDS
∎ Cash, Bank and inter-company reconciliation
∎ Staff Salary preparation and on-time disbursement of all projects
∎ Analyse all financial transactions and organize to post in books with maintain vouchers (Tally Software or ERP)
∎ Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Ensure office budget, prepare cash forecast
∎ For Human Resource:
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
∎ Ensure the payroll and compensation management
∎ Ensure performance management of employees
∎ Dealing with employee relations and conflict management
∎ Supervise on training needs assessment, prepare training module, Prepare Training Calendar, arrange training program, conduct and supervise training program, Evaluate training effectiveness
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law
∎ Prepare and design performance management systems and implement with different tools
∎ Ensure all administrative support
∎ Development of Admin Policy, Admin Manual
∎ Ensure all logistics support for smooth operation
∎ Oversee all regulatory affairs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Candidate must have professional background like CMA/CA/ACCA/CIMA and sound knowledge on local Tax & Vat law

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As Per Company Policy
