Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the sales team for sales performance
∎ Ensure revenue generation as per ABP
∎ Create a strong data base and closely monitor the customer independently.
∎ Able to handle large sales team independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Min 2 years' in the similar position & at least 10 years' in sales in a reputed real estate industry.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
