∎ Degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising Agency, Media House, Television and Radio
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define and execute conceptual directions and design strategies, that meet clients' need
∎ Develop creative solutions for traditional and digital media
∎ Ensure all delivery of work up to the standard
∎ Maintain client and team relationships at the highest levels
∎ Keep the team informed and up-to-date on the latest creative trends
∎ Develop and implement a structured approach to the management of all aspects of script writing & proof reading
∎ Assist in developing communication strategy to understand the creative brief/task and coordinate with client servicing team & engage them in strategic thinking for assigned tasks
∎ Working closely with AV team
∎ Have in depth knowledge on Production and scripts
∎ Develop creative presentation
∎ Research the technical properties of products and develop unique & new concept
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proven leadership skills with team building, mentoring, and management of creative talent
∎ The ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple team members, clients, and disciplines
∎ A passion for creativity, problem solving, and design
∎ Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
