Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100% honest in all aspects.
∎ Cost estimate, scheduling and overall supervision of civil construction works including repair and maintenance.
∎ Ability to handle multistoried factory building construction and supervision.
∎ Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
∎ Ensure quality of materials as well as constructions and reduce wastage.
∎ Construction bill examine.
∎ Scheduling of material purchase and delivery to complete the project on time.
∎ Ensure construction works run smoothly and completed within budget and on time.
∎ Civil engineering maintenance, repair and monitoring company’s existing projects, when and where required.
∎ Liaising with verity of professionals including architects, subcontractor, designer Govt. Official, City Corporation to resolve any difficulties of the constructions.
∎ Should knowledge on land survey, map, dalil, parcha and mutation and related record keeping.Ensure and Implement safety procedures as per company’s safety manual on the time of construction or maintenance works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Factory building constructions will be added as advantage.
