Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the quality of cement sheet–Production meet the Standard, Chemical & Physical Compositions from the Raw Materials test should be done and reported to Asst. Manager and GM (absence of Lab In Charge).
∎ To ensure correct & timely samples of cement sheet from the Mills.
∎ To send the test results to control room operators on regular basis
∎ To ensure the Strength (Normality/Morality) of Chemical Solution & Reagent.
∎ To take measurement and be ensure for correct Proportioning of Additives on regular basis so that the quality of cement sheet are not affected.
∎ To ensure proper Additives Flow.
∎ To Train the Sample boy on his Activities & Responsibilities.
∎ If any abnormal test results or accident happens then informed to Lab In charge as soon as possible and then GM (plant).
∎ In absence of Lab In charge contacted with GM (plant) always.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
