Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Partnership Development

• Develop and execute partnership and networking strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Identify and approach high-value strategic partners across sectors

• Lead negotiations, partnership discussions, and collaboration planning

• Develop sponsorship frameworks and strategic alliance opportunities

• Build and sustain relationships with corporate leaders, government entities, embassies, development organizations, media, and industry associations

Business Development

• Identify new revenue opportunities, collaborations, and growth areas

• Develop business proposals, strategic plans, and partnership models

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities

• Support brand positioning and expansion initiatives

• Drive lead conversion and deepen strategic engagement

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Maintain strong engagement with key external stakeholders

• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums

• Ensure long-term relationship sustainability with strategic partners

• Lead stakeholder communication and engagement planning

Team & Project Management

• Supervise officers and coordinate departmental activities

• Monitor partnership pipeline and project progress

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and strategic updates

• Ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables

Event & Collaboration Management

• Lead strategic events, partnership activations, seminars, and networking programs

• Coordinate sponsorship execution and collaboration campaigns

• Manage external communications during strategic initiatives
