Dairy, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Ice Cream, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual business plan for ensuring company growth.
∎ Analyze competition and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development.
∎ Conduct market research to understand consume behavior and determine the positioning of the brand.
∎ Design new product launching, planning and monitor all other relevant activities.
∎ Develop and optimize marketing campaigns for product promotion.
∎ Formulate and execute marketing strategy to lead the brand with growth and create overall emotional association with the targeted consumers.
∎ Collaborating with agencies to develop plan and execute the programs to ensure achieving the objective.
∎ Devise functionally aligned brand plan emphasizing digital marketing.
∎ Organize different on-ground and interactive digital events. Track and monitor the performance of different communication programs.
∎ Manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement and other interfacing departments) to execute projects within assigned timeline and budget.
∎ Analyze product costing and set product price to increase gross contribution/margin.
∎ Monitor promotional campaigns and ensure Return on Investment (ROI).
