Educational Requirements:
∎ A minimum bachelor degree on any subject from a reputed public/private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting fieldworks (i.e. focus group discussion, in-depth interviews, ethnography etc.) in different regions of Bangladesh
∎ Designing research instruments such as recruitment questionnaire, discussion guide and content analysis
∎ Preparing project budget, settling field and travel expense documents
∎ Eventually helping the team to make you grow as a best qualitative researcher who understands human behavior and insights
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Genuine interest in understanding people; naturally curious and observant about people around you
∎ Open to learn new things, questions and challenges old ways of doing things
∎ Computer literacy especially in Word, Power Point and Excel
∎ Tech savvy and have good digital knowledge
∎ High interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with diverse group of people
∎ Strong communication ability both in Bangla & English
∎ Positive attitude to work and ability to work in a team
∎ Hard working; working to dedicate even beyond office hours
∎ Willing to travel frequently across Bangladesh and stay outside Dhaka for a longer period of time for fieldwork
