Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and settlements.
∎ Stay current with financial regulations and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
∎ Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to monitor and address regulatory changes and updates..
∎ Assess financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and monitor risk exposure.
∎ Manage relationships with financial service providers, banks, and other external partners.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize costs and services.
∎ Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Smart, Intelligent, Proactive, and willing to work under pressure
∎ Ability to perform the job independently and willing to work in a team environment Excellent capabilities in computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to analyze and record financial transactions
∎ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
