∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,North South University,East West University,Khulna University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining, Updating and Reviewing Excel sheet and ERP software by inputting vouchers, reviewing ledgers and reports.
∎ Prepare invoice and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
∎ Manage all invoices and prepare monthly and weekly reports.
∎ Controlling credit and Collection.
∎ Check and chase outstanding supplier balances and age of debts - who might we need to pay when.
∎ Receive and check all purchase vouchers.
∎ Banking related task: Cash deposit & withdrawn, Cheque deposit.
∎ Reconciliation of bank statements
∎ Check bank balances in accounts match bank balance online.
∎ Ensure VAT related works and books of account as per Govt. rules.
∎ Collaborate with Accounts Manager and effective administration of department
∎ Ensure proper and easy documentation by filling.
∎ Assist in voucher posting into ERP software.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
