Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Submit timely progress reports, case studies, and success stories.
  • Support in preparing and managing project budgets at the district level.
  • Ensure responsible and efficient use of project funds and assets.
  • Support procurement and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor regulations, and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with industries and platforms to support development and marketing of project-based products.
  • Identify innovative approaches and solutions that enhance project effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of Amal Foundation’s projects in Bogura.
  • Develop detailed project work plans, schedules, and timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of activities with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage and supervise local project staff and volunteers.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to build local team capacity.
  • Establish strong relationships with local government, NGOs, private sector partners, and community leaders.
  • Promote community participation and inclusion in project planning and implementation.
  • Represent Amal Foundation in local coordination forums and events.
  • Promote a results-oriented and collaborative team environment.
  • Track and evaluate project KPIs, outputs, and outcomes on a monthly basis.
