Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Customer Relationship Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure market study to find the opportunities to launch IPO project in domestic market.
∎ Ensure coordination between internal and external contacts for market exploration and business development.
∎ Maintain working relationship with regulatory bodies (internal and external).
∎ Develop partnership agreement with potential Shareholders.
∎ Identify potential shareholder independently through networking, cold-calling and/or relevant sources.
∎ Routine follow up with prospective clients.
∎ Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity, customer leads through cold calling.
∎ Describe a product's features and benefits in a way understandable to the customer.
∎ Ensure required Agreement signing while selling any share.
∎ Ensure the execution of promotional initiatives and initiates to boost up the sales.
∎ Convince to target customers and let them agree to buy share.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values.
∎ Be well-groomed and presentable.
∎ Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis.
∎ Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
