Job Description/Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control production and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient resource utilization, and on-time fulfillment of customer demand.

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, GWP, EHS, and security regulations in all warehouse activities.

• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation (logs, records, checklists).

• Oversee safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials following FIFO and FEFO principles.

• Supervise dispensing operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and prevention of cross-contamination.

• Verify materials, labels, and batch data accuracy; prevent shortages during dispensing.

• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure) and maintain proper records.

• Ensure proper use, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of weighing balances and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records; reconcile physical stock with ERP and conduct audits.

• Ensure timely material release aligned with production schedules.

• Prevent use of expired/damaged materials and report issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit periodic (weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual) reports.

• Lead and supervise team effectively, ensuring accuracy and performance under pressure.

• Any other duties and responsibilities related to effective warehouse management.
