Job Description/Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and control production and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient resource utilization, and on-time fulfillment of customer demand.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, GWP, EHS, and security regulations in all warehouse activities.
Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation (logs, records, checklists).
Oversee safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials following FIFO and FEFO principles.
Supervise dispensing operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and prevention of cross-contamination.
Verify materials, labels, and batch data accuracy; prevent shortages during dispensing.
Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure) and maintain proper records.
Ensure proper use, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of weighing balances and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records; reconcile physical stock with ERP and conduct audits.
Ensure timely material release aligned with production schedules.
Prevent use of expired/damaged materials and report issues promptly.
Prepare and submit periodic (weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual) reports.
Lead and supervise team effectively, ensuring accuracy and performance under pressure.
Any other duties and responsibilities related to effective warehouse management.
