Responsibilities & Context:
CVC Finance PLC, an innovative and professional Financial Institution licensed by the Bangladesh Bank, focuses on promoting new ventures, entrepreneurship, and sustainable green prosperity. Currently, CVC Finance PLC invites applications for the following position:
- Recovery Operations: Manage daily recovery activities, including monitoring overdue accounts, initiating collection efforts, and negotiating repayment plans.
- Account Management: Review and analyze non-performing Loan (NPL), assess borrower creditworthiness, and implement appropriate recovery strategies.
- Customer Contact: Establish effective communication with default borrowers, resolving issues and negotiating repayment terms.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all recovery procedures adhere to banking regulations and internal policies; maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recovery status, progress, and challenges; escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Collection Strategy: Develop and implement collection plans for different types of delinquent accounts, using legal and non-legal measures.
- Legal Coordination: Coordinate with legal teams for recovery through legal proceedings when necessary.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle customer disputes related to recoveries, ensuring fair and transparent resolution.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and competitor strategies related to debt recovery.
