∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ In‐depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc.
∎ Strong leadership, people centric and people management skill.
∎ Effective analysis and reporting skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Expertise in MS Excel and analytical ability.
∎ In‐depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation and presentation of comprehensive costing MIS reports to support management decision-making.
∎ Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports and highlight areas for improvements
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly cost/profit center based financial reports
∎ Taking measures to find bottleneck in the process to lay before Core Accounts, Business and Concern Authority.
∎ Lead cost control initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality or efficiency.
∎ Development of Monthly Product/Service wise Sales vs. Cost vs. Benefit analysis Report.
∎ Develop service performance reports based on each cost object, providing insights into cost efficiency and areas for improvement.
∎ Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.
∎ Define and implement policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organization goals.
∎ Develop variance reports on product costing and perform contribution margin (CM) analysis to assess profitability.
∎ Provide critical assessments of all budgets and cost projections, proactively analyze budget variances, and communicate issues and opportunities to management.
∎ Provide cost data to support pricing decisions, ensuring that product/service pricing is competitive while maintaining profitability margins.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust costing strategies as needed.
∎ Input in the development of hospital ERP
∎ Have up to date knowledge of VAT, personal and corporate tax
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of the department.
