Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
∎ Assisting supervisor as well as co-working with SR.
∎ Materializing sales targets in a particular area.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Making DO and monitoring dealers to ensure product delivery.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Regular searching and developing new markets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years experience in sales at any FMCG company.
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
∎ Persistent in terms of achieving the target.
∎ Good computer knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Good command of English.
∎ Being ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh is mandatory.
∎ Must have the ability and willingness to drive the motorbike.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
∎ Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, and overall leadership capabilities required.
