Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Fisheries or Diploma in Agriculture from reputed Institution with 3 years Fisheries fram/relevant project Experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with Project Manager (PM) as well as Technical Officer (Fisheries).
∎ To identify Training Needs Assessment (TNA) at ME's level.
∎ To promote local service provider (LSP) at cluster level.
∎ Organize need base training for ME's at cluster level.
∎ Set up demonstrations ponds and provide technical assistant at cluster level.
∎ Regular monitoring and follow up at respective Entrepreneur's.
∎ To identify new technology and adaptation for ME's.
∎ To prepare environment check list as per project design.
∎ To collect and documentation base line image of ME's
∎ Support to ME's for improvement of environmental issues.
∎ To assist of ME's for backward and forward linkages
∎ All assign task by the project management unit (PMU) to TMSS.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Willingness to work in the rural areas
∎ Extensive field visit

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
