Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Public Health/ Health Economics/Economics/ Development Studies/ Social Sciences / Communication or similar discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the project team for training need assessment of partner agencies.
∎ Contribute to training needs assessment and documentation
∎ Develop context-specific training materials and curriculum.
∎ Create training schedule and calendar to organize the required training.
∎ Attend training to learn new training methods and techniques to use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
∎ Support to project team in conducting the training of stakeholders.
∎ Drafting minutes of the meeting in a timely manner.
∎ Assist with various project operational responsibilities, including staff training, communications, etc.
∎ Support organizing meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders in coordination with the GOB agencies.
∎ Contribute to documenting the project learnings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have graduation and 3 years working experience or post-graduation degree and 1 year in the following areas:
∎ Experience in program development and implementation.
∎ Experience developing training content.
∎ The candidate is familiar with GOB stakeholder coordination.
∎ Good verbal communication and writing skills.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English language (written and oral).
∎ Tech savvy and skilled at the visual display of data
∎ Skilled in using computer and relevant software (Microsoft, Windows, etc.).
∎ Must have interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated time management skills.
∎ Basic knowledge about Health System in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to assess priorities and solve problems.
∎ Ability to work in a team from multiple units and within various socio-cultural contexts.
∎ Flexibility to respond in a changing work environment.
