Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stock the materials in a proper manner in the appropriate location/part code number wise and category wise.
∎ Inventory register maintenance - in Register bool and Excel.
∎ Maintain first in first out method (FIFO) of goods.
∎ Issue store materials as per requirements.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass and delivery register.
∎ Maintain physical stock and prepare Goods Received Report (GRR) after receiving materials.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Ensure store reconciliation in on time and in proper way for smooth operation
∎ Maintain, update and monitor all types of store-related register report/record daily
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Create item-specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management.
∎ Prepare purchase request on need basis and submit through the Provision System.
∎ Carry out periodical physical verification and assess the stock position.
∎ Responsible for wastage management and maintaining materials delivery & stock.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
∎ Ensure cleanliness in the store house and store house premises.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, however maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
∎ Need to work on any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of cooking profession
∎ Familiar with and abide by the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, the People in Aid Code, HAP, Core Humanitarian standards
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Intermediate level of computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and report writing
∎ Experience in Managing Voucher based Commodity Distribution and Management in Relief / Refugee / Emergency context is an added advantage.
∎ Candidates should also have at least 2-3 years' previous experience in a related field.
∎ 100% field based work / field visit
