Job Context:
∎ We “Bexi Fabrics” are inviting applications for “Assistant Showroom Manager” position for our showroom operation.
∎ Job Location:Dhaka/ Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work within a team.
∎ Monitoring and assign job to the team members.
∎ Increasing Showroom’s Retail, Corporate & Whole Sales.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly, half-yearly & yearly sales target.
∎ Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and assist to superior.
∎ Develop a relationship with re-seller & retail clients.
∎ Collecting market information and conducting promotional activities.
∎ Coordinating with Accounts and other relevant departments.
∎ Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers (Both retail & whole sellers)
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with manner to increase the showroom sales.
∎ Ensuring Point of Sales Materials (POSM)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Marketing, Showroom operations
∎ Applicants having experience Garments & Fabrics / Fashion & Design will be given priority
∎ Team management, coordinate with Head of the Department.
∎ Experience in whole-sales, Corporate Sales/ Direct Marketing.
∎ Must be capable of having work under pressure and communication skills.
∎ Understand the client's need and identify the scope for sales.
∎ Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships.
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer proficiency and handling sales related software

Salary: Negotiable
