Job Responsibilities

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads strategy, setup & optimization

• TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads management

• Pixel setup, tracking, remarketing & audience segmentation

• Creative, copy, content & video marketing strategy

• Organic + paid growth planning

• Funnel building & lead/sales optimization

• Market research & competitor analysis

• Monthly sales growth target execution

• Email, SMS & remarketing strategy

• Performance reports, insights & scaling plan

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Marketing, Business preferred)

Experience Requirements

• 7–10+ years experience in Digital Marketing

• Fashion/Clothing industry experience preferred

• Proven ROAS-focused campaign success

Additional Requirements

• Strong analytical, strategic & communication skills

• Sales-driven mindset

• Ability to scale profitable campaigns

• Previous campaign portfolio or performance proof (ad screenshots, ROAS data, creatives or funnels) will be given strong preference.

• During the interview, candidates may be required to explain 1–2 campaigns managed end-to-end

• Selected candidates must be able to join within one (1) week after final selection.
