Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the installation and maintenance of AC systems.
∎ Support in identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions to customers.
∎ Help diagnose electrical and mechanical faults under the guidance of senior technicians.
∎ Assist in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, including performing warranty services.
∎ Provide support during emergency repairs to ensure timely and efficient service.
∎ Help train vendors if required and assist in technical support.
∎ Maintain daily logs and records of maintenance activities.
∎ Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
