retail Sales, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly bicycle sales targets.
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
∎ To be responsible for the subordinate target.
∎ Plan monthly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, and procedures.
∎ Execute all sales activities as per the existing plan of the organization.
∎ Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
∎ Provide quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Ensure products delivery in time as per sales order.
∎ Plan & facilitate retail sales promotion for retail product.
∎ Increased sales by providing exceptional customer service and establishing quality.
∎ Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
∎ Development of leadership quality in all aspects of sales and operation.
∎ Regular communication and expert reporting to the management.
∎ Provide assistance to the sales team by answering clients and product inquiries.
∎ Managed showroom inventory and ordering of materials.
∎ Supervised all daily operations of a full retail store.
∎ Quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
∎ Trained and managed showroom sales staff.
∎ To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all time
∎ To ensure that all window displays are executed on time
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Fluent in both writing and speaking in English.
∎ Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have strong computer knowledge.
∎ Interest in Bicycle.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
