• Preferred: MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in sales coordination, logistics, or CHA Sales

• Industry Preference: Freight Forwarding / CHA / Logistics / Shipping

• Sales or customer relationship management certification preferred

Support sales growth and client servicing activities by coordinating daily sales operations, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and compliance execution within CHA business operations.
Job Responsibilities

• Support sales planning and client visit scheduling activities

• Coordinate with Sales Manager on business development initiatives

• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder engagements

• Ensure compliance with quotation and transaction procedures

• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates

• Conduct market analysis and competitor data collection

• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution

• Monitor customer requirements and support issue resolution

• Maintain client communication and follow-up activities

• Support collection follow-up and payment coordination

• Maintain accurate sales and customer documentation

• Report daily sales progress and activity updates to management
