Job Context:
∎ BD Thai Cosmo Ltd., (an ISO 9001:2008 certified company) was incorporated in 2012 with the most important slogan for the company "Let there be light ". This company mainly manufactures and markets LED Bulbs, LED Tube Lights, Piano Switch-Socket, Bakelite items, GLS, DIM Light etc BD Thai Cosmo Ltd is now looking for some dynamic experienced to increase it`s sales capacity.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka (Responsible for Chattagram, Comilla and Sylhet zone).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of region sales activities, sales team, overall dealer management.
∎ Achieve sales target by applying effective management on assigned dealers in respective zone
∎ Development of leadership quality in all aspects of sales & marketing.
∎ Implement of indoor & outdoor promotion activities in the assigned dealers in respective zone
∎ Development of sales manpower by product and training
∎ Regular communication and reporting
∎ Regular 15 days field visit monthly for dealer development and collecting market information
∎ Preparation weekly, monthly, and yearly sales target and activity plan.
∎ Support to expansion of dealer network
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by superior for organizational development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ years related experience, preferably in related industry with strong focus on field sale
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electrical items (LED Lamps, LED Tube, Electrical accessories).
∎ Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skill
∎ Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skill
∎ Possess strong business acumen.
Salary: Negotiable
