Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving new business in different banking products including but not limited to deposits, accounts, cards, loans, etc.
∎ Ensuring customer retention and business targets. Managing the PAR & NPL of their own portfolio.
∎ Maintaining relationships with customers and other important stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring high-quality services to the stakeholders.
∎ Onboarding profitable customer relationships and new-to-bank customers.
