Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from any discipline from any reputed public or private universities. Minimum CGPA 3 in all academic sections.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve new business in different banking product including but not limited to deposit, Accounts, cards, Loan, etc.
∎ Ensure customer retention and business target
∎ Manage the PAR & NPL of the own portfolio
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers and other important stakeholders
∎ Ensure high quality services to the stakeholders
∎ Onboard profitable customer relationship and new-to-bank customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience required: Minimum 6 months to 1 Year.
∎ Fresh candidates also encouraged to apply with sales attitude
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 24,000.00.
