Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Development Studies (MDS)
∎ Masters in Development Studies, Economics, Business or any other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively execute activities as per the project timeline.
∎ Support PAC team in planning project activities and execution.
∎ Monitor and keep track of the ongoing-activities of the existing plant on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with public and private sector clients.
∎ Maintain strong network with local government institutions.
∎ Assist Project Lead and senior management in preparing various reports and documents with qualitative and quantitative information on the ongoing work of the project.
∎ Support MEL team of the project and work closely with partners’ M&E staff.
∎ Support relevant team members and field staff to run project activities as per plan.
∎ Ensure the quality of deliverables as per the expectation of clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of experience in a similar position of a reputed organization
∎ Proven writing skills in both Bengali and English. Strong typing skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong communication capabilities
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team.

Salary: Tk. 33000 - 35000 (Monthly)
