Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring fresh food issues are timely addressed and confirmed services for the outlet in time with regular communication with Outlet Supervisor.
∎ Willing and ready to work in any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Assist in coordinating fresh foodservice delivery and fresh food corner plan are expedited aiming quick response.
∎ Update beneficiaries list regularly following the donor prescribe formats.
∎ Ensure all kind of format required for documentation for fresh food corner reporting.
∎ Assist outlet Supervisor prepare monthly fresh food corner activity plan and ensure plan executed to meet deliverables.
∎ Oversee and monitor required fresh food stock available at fresh food corner well ahead of retail operations and document, report properly the stock position so that WFP is aware of stock, supply position as per daily mobilization plan.
∎ Check strictly quality and quantity before receiving food items by retailers as per allocation.
∎ Support the outlet supervisor as a whole so that all stages of fresh food corner transaction process become successful providing guidance to fresh food corner point staff how and in which proves the distribution activities will run of effectively.
∎ Send reports to Outlet Supervisor on daily basis.
∎ Mobilize and Sensitize GFA beneficiaries on time and date wise transaction and food allocation for the beneficiaries;
∎ Sensitize RFSC, Block Volunteers, Majhee and Community leaders on food basket and entitlement of the beneficiaries;
∎ Coordination with the volunteers, labors, porters and local community for minimize the crowed and work in the E-Voucher outlet when assigned by supervisor;
∎ Close coordination with block Majhiee, Site Management and monitor Block volunteer’s performance an engagement at Community level;
∎ Ensure crowed free transaction at outlet level;
∎ Do visual spot checks of commodity storage conditions and food quality:
∎ Submit the update beneficiaries list after necessary correction with required commodity for after complete a cycle of distribution.
∎ Support rapid response team during FB and Hot meal distribution;
∎ Represent World Vision Bangladesh in any stakeholders meeting
∎ Follow and maintain child safeguarding policies, anti-harassment policy, code of conduct and other policies of WV-B
∎ Fresh food supervisor will work under the supervision of Outlet Supervisor, with respect to administrative supervision responsible to the employer or his/ her designated authority.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must know local language of Cox's Bazar area
∎ Familiar with and abide by the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, the People in Aid Code, HAP, Core Humanitarian standards
∎ Oral communication skills in Chittagonian and/or Rohingya
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Communication and relationship building with rohingya communities, partners and government authorities, and cooperation with other team members.
