Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in any hospital/clinic/NGOs.
∎ Clinical experience in emergency and primary healthcare will be an asset.

Job Context:

∎ Coordinates with: Managers, Officers and Partners.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Management:
∎ Continuous follow-up with waste management persons to all healthcare facilities in the FDMN settlements and host communities.
∎ Ensure all healthcare facility WASH FIT assessment data is collected regular basis and inventory is up-to-date.
∎ Supervise distribution of essential items and prepare and document muster roll.
∎ Capacity Strengthening:
∎ Provide on job training, mentorship and guidance to facility-based IPC nurses and waste management focal persons, to ensure WASH/IPC practices are in place.
∎ Coordination and Advocacy:
∎ Maintain effective communication with health sector representatives, facility-based health staffs and health authorities at camp level.
∎ Participate different cluster coordination meetings, technical working group meetings at camp and Upazila Health Complex level.
∎ Safety and Security:
∎ Asses and consult other partners to ensure security situation of planned locations is calms; Ensure risk assessment and share security information.
∎ Responsible to put in place appropriate security and prevention measured during any distribution and implementation of project activities.
∎ Provide timely incident report to the line manager as needed.
∎ Financial Management:
∎ Manage budget for the assigned project and ensure all expenses are according to budget and meet HEKS/EPER standards regarding financial management, including accountability and good governance.
∎ Logistics:
∎ Liaise, as necessary, with the logistics, admin and finance staff to ensure items are procured, transported, stored, managed and accounted for correctly.

∎ Professional requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of security management in humanitarian contexts.
∎ Keep strong coordination with other implementing agencies, donors and local governmental authorities at field level.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Language:
∎ Good English skills (written and spoken).
∎ Knowledge in Chittagonian language will get preference.
∎ Personal requirements:
∎ Willingness to accept frequent field missions.
∎ Ability to establish collaborative relationships with staff, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
∎ Strong attitude to take initiative, work autonomously and achieve results effectively.
∎ Flexibility and Stress-management.
∎ Respect of HEKS/EPER mission and values.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 68,900 per month
