Objective 1: Support team for implementing of SIDA PBA project activities
Ensure and follow up timely and efficient implementation of program activities under the guidance of PM and according to the Detailed Implementation Plan and work-plan.
Assist PM for checking of cash transfer related documents.
Assist for checking of mobile account number.
Assist PM in archiving of a beneficiary’s documents for audit.
Assist for reconciling beneficiary grants.
Assist PM for monitoring cash grant for food assistance.
Objective 2: Project staff and beneficiary capacity building
Assist for organizing capacity building training for staffs and volunteer of ACF and partners.
Assist capacity building on bookkeeping for staff and beneficiary.
Provide on-job coaching of the beneficiary, volunteers and staffs during project implementation.
Objective 3: Project activities monitoring, survey, reporting and documentation
Regular monitoring and follow-up the project’s progress and ensure necessary support.
Visit field on a regular basis and provide assistance to the PM and project beneficiaries as needed.
Assist for monitoring, checking, reviewing of all beneficiary related documents.
Assist PM in developing activity progress report (APR) etc.
Objective 4: Support for internal and external coordination and networking
Facilitate and participate staff meeting, lesson learn workshop, exit meeting etc.
Liaison with partners team.
Objective 5: Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary.
Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries.
Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities.
Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committee.
Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
Gross monthly salary BDT 41,300/-
