Application Criteria

Applicants will be able to coordinate oversee the day-to-day construction activities for interior projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and project plans. Inspect and monitor various aspects of interior construction, including structural, masonry, and finishing works like tiles, sanitary fittings, and painting. Prepare and manage submittal logs, measurement books (MBs), and other project documents. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure progress. Assist in preparing work. Ability to proactively manage quality, schedule, and safety aspects of a project.

Applicant must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior design from any accredited Institution in Bangladesh with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Remuneration is negotiable and preference will be given to those who have not limited their experience to desk-based tasks only but are also eager to take responsibility in on-site monitoring, client coordination and site-based project execution.
