Job Purpose: To support the effective implementation of project activities at UCEP Bangladesh.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support the effective implementation of project activities in line with organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate project documentation (electronic and hard copies), records, reports, and ensure confidentiality of information.
Assist in procurement processes, including e-GP procurement, preparation of tender documents, purchase documentation, inventory management, and timely procurement of goods and services.
Support financial and administrative activities, including bill verification, voucher preparation, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, and timely payment processing.
Coordinate logistics for workshops, training, meetings, events, field visits, and official visits.
Assist in developing curricula, training materials, reports, operational guidelines, and other project resources.
Support project quality assurance through field monitoring, student/trainee assessments, training evaluation, RPL implementation, and continuous quality improvement.
Maintain training, employment, and project records, and provide support for job placement and community mobilization initiatives.
Provide administrative support to audits, committees, capacity-building activities, and other project operations as assigned.
Support the development of CBLM, CSLB, project materials, and reports.
Provide support in project quality improvement through feedback and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain the confidentiality of organizational information, documents, and communications.

To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
