∎ The candidate must have minimum CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in B. Arch. or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution and 3 years of teaching experience or 5 years of professional experience or a combination of both with at least 1 year of active teaching experience.
∎ Or
∎ The candidate must have minimum CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution and 2 years of service experience, of which at least 1 year in active teaching.
∎ Or
∎ The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution along with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in B. Arch. or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.
∎ The candidate must have at least 1 publication in peer reviewed journal.
