∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing/Accounting from any reputed public universities.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be under field training for 3 months to learn the sales process in the root level.
∎ Learn dealer operation, outlet order process, product delivery process during training.
∎ Training will be anywhere in Bangladesh (posted to Head Office after 3 months)
∎ Implement Sales, Trade and Business plan.
∎ Daily National/ Divisional sales info update over phone.
∎ Market trend analysis and preparing promotion plan accordingly.
∎ Get involved with field sales to develop trade relation and increase product demand among retailers.
∎ Need to move frequently from one market to another with extensive traveling.
∎ Keeping in touch with product development issues as per market demand.
∎ Maintain liaison with Distribution, Dealer & Brand Marketing Team to accomplish sales target smoothly.
∎ Stock update in Factory, Depot and dealer point.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel)
∎ Ability and mentality to drive motor bike.
∎ Mentality to visit market frequently.
