Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring Vehicle load and unload
Prepare & check Challan, VAT
Optimum utilization of vehicle
Housekeeping & Preloading
Daily delivery challan received
Collect delivery demand from market
Plan delivery schedule;
Arrange vehicle for the delivery
Contact with factory for product availability
Participate monthly physical inventory
Check dealer wise undelivered & communicate with the customer/sales team for delivery
Assisting customer and sales team with accurate information of depot stock for making DO
