Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Graduation/Masters/MBA from any recognized university

• 2 to 4 years

• Minimum 2 – 4 years relevant experience in Bank/NBFI. Candidates having relevant experience and similar exposure in other industry are also encouraged to apply

• Age: 25 to 35 (Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate)

• Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused and flexible with result driven

• Ready to go extra mile to achieve sales and service objectives

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Achieve individual card sales targets and source potential customers

• Present and demonstrate all card products to prospective clients

• Maintain effective business relationships with Bank customers and employ a cross-selling approach

• Source, manage, and coordinate sales and service-related activities

• Ensure proper customer service, including the collection and completion of applications with all required documents

• Lead the sales team and establish sales targets for each team member

• Achieve team sales targets and source potential customers

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Line Manager

• Perform any additional tasks as required by Management
