Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and distribution database.
- Support onboarding and training for new SPO.
- Assist in executing RTM plans for distribution expansions
- Support market mapping and segmentation initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with respective Sales Forces to ensure product availability, distribution management and visibility.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the SFA, DMS.
- Identifying the gaps of field force productivity & alignment with the line manager.
- Follow-up sales team performance against different designed KPIs.
- Conduct distributor & retail audits and provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
- Support distributor onboarding, stock planning, and secondary sales tracking.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors’ launches, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Support to ensure basic hygiene of distribution/distributor operation across the assigned geography.
- Ensure timely communication of promotional campaigns, scheme rollouts, and product updates to field teams
