Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Human Recourse Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Recourse Management or Related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit and retain a diverse workforce to meet the need of the Response Programme in consultation with Manager-P&C
∎ Recruitment tracker needs to be updated on time
∎ Need to ensure all the background checks of selected candidates are done before joining process
∎ Ensure the joining process of new staff is done properly
∎ Ensure all newly joined staff have undergone brief orientation for all the required policies and documents during their joining
∎ Need to ensure the new staff information is provided on time for creation of Workday ID and also need to support in Digital identity creation if required
∎ Need to ensure that all staff receive their ID Card on time
∎ Need to perform any task assigned by Manager-People & Culture
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Understand WV operation in the Response
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry
∎ Strong ability of analysis, decision making and relational skills
∎ Influence to other, personally credible, critical thinker, driven to deliver, courage to challenge and curious minded
∎ Strong ability to work under pressure, have good time and self-management skills, trustworthy & impartial
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
∎ Ability to tolerate ambiguity in change management process
∎ Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation
∎ Proven experience as a team player
Salary: Negotiable
