Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Human Resource Management is essential
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This position will assist in coordinating the Staffing Solutions, P&C Services, Staff care, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and Human Resources across the response Leda (Teknaf ) Office of WV BRCR with the aim of optimizing the performance, enhancing the organizational culture and ensuring that all relevant areas are as per World Vision Bangladesh Rohingya Crisis Response.
∎ Be a business support to Response P&C Manager in any people and culture issues, and provide effective support to Leda (Teknaf) Office with efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure new staff’s joining at Leda Office P & C process and orient them briefly in Coordination with Coordinator- Talent Acquisition.
∎ Maintain all staffs’ file and ensure documentations for future references.
∎ Support Cox’s Bazar Office and Palong Office P&C, to meet any urgent requirement
∎ Maintain leave record and attendance of Leda Office Based staff
∎ Ensure exit process of Leda office staff in coordination with Coordinator-Integrated Service
∎ Work closely with Manager-P & C in maintaining P&C related duties
∎ Ensure office maintenance services, logistics support to employees and ensure office security
∎ Facilitate repair and maintenance works at BRCR Office of Leda.
∎ Assist in Event Management
∎ Assist in Guest Management during any high level visit
∎ Maintain leave records for all Leda based staff in Excel and update staff about their remaining leave balance as per requirement.
∎ Keeping liasion with Cox's Bazar P&C for any kind of updates
∎ Update P & C Coordinator (Cox's Bazar) of resignation, separation information of Teknaf based staff and share the attendance as per requirement
∎ Support to coordinate P&C/organizational events (meetings, training, workshop, special day observation etc.)
∎ Make sure ID card for staff and facilitator provided on time.
∎ Ensure staff care/wellbeing for Teknaf based staff in coordination with supervisor and update P&C Coordinator (Cox’s Bazar) regarding any staff care issue.
∎ Keep information of staff joining in coordination with Coordinator-Talent Acquisition
∎ Facilities – checking on lights, photocopiers, printers, ACs, power supply and inform to proper management for necessary action
∎ Ensure supply of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar and Cleaning materials etc.
∎ Collect information of troubles and problems of BRCR Leda Office and take necessary action for resolution in Coordination with Field office Manager
∎ Regular small repairs and maintenance services of office assets and equipment’s.
∎ Keys custodian/filing (office/all items under Administration).
∎ Ensure timely opening and closing of Offices
∎ Support in facilitators’ recruitment if needed

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Understand WV operation in the response
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry
∎ Supervisor/Management, Problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills
∎ Strong ability of analysis, decision making and relational skills
∎ Influence to other, personally credible, critical thinker, driven to deliver, courage to challenge and curious minded
∎ Strong ability to work under pressure, have good time and self-management skills, trustworthy & impartial
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Trusted to organizational policy and maintain high confidentiality.
∎ Ability to tolerate ambiguity in change management process.
∎ Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation
∎ Proven experience as a team player
