Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for insert data of receiving and delivery items for Central store and ensure to updating all documents of central store.
∎ Scan documents and print files, when needed
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
∎ Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies
∎ Ensure periodical inventory management of Central store.
∎ Help staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
∎ Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup & Restore Manual.
∎ Any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on MS Office, excel and data programs
∎ Basic knowledge on Computer hardware
∎ Reporting knowledge.
∎ Inventory Management knowledge

Salary: Negotiable
