• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Age At least 26 years

Experience Requirements:

• 2–4 years of practical experience
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Audit Firms / Tax Consultants, Banks, Financial Consultants, Travel Agencies

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in accounting
• Proficient in accounting automation tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel automation, etc.)
• Strong MS Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Automation Features)
• Analytical thinking and high accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Honest, responsible, and a good team player

ASHTHA GROUP is looking to hire a skilled and responsible Accountant for our Finance and Accounts team. The selected candidate will manage the organization’s daily accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain daily financial transactions
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Handle bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation
• Ensure tax and VAT compliance
• Operate various accounting software
• Maintain financial integrity and ensure adherence to policies

Basic: 18,000 BDT House Rent: 3,000 BDT Lunch: 3,000 BDT
