∎ Working experience from foreign country will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Market Research, Operation, R & D
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Development Agency, Group of Companies, Hotel, Real Estate, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be assigned for all kinds of operation and support issues.
∎ Create standard operating procedure (SOP) for all branches.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities for sale.
∎ Manages day to day activity with Public Relations (PR) and Corporate Affairs.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the inter-departmental communication is good.
∎ Responsible for proper record keeping and documentation.
∎ Make various reports on behalf of the MD and COO.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Co-operate MD and COO for communicating with high officials.
∎ Any other task assigned by MD and COO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience from foreign country will get most priority.
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills.
∎ Confident, dynamic personality and strong creative outlook.
Salary: Negotiable
